Mouthwatering Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients: 4 large sweet potatoes 50ml of olive, rapeseed/canola or grape seed oil (optional) Tinglin' Orange Toad Sweat Boil 6 cups water in large pot. Add sweet potatoes that have been peeled and sliced into one inch cubes. Cook at a roiling boil for 10 minutes or until fork tender. Not Your Mother's Oatmeal
Ingredients 500ml water/semi-skimmed milk 100g thick rolled oats 30ml Zingin' Cranberry or Tinglin' Orange Toad Sweat 1/4 cup raisins, dried cranberries or other dried fruit chopped finely if needed (optional) Boil water (or milk) in a small saucepan then add oats. Turn heat to low medium and stir occasionally for 5-8 minutes. Add Toad Sweat. Remove from heat. Stir in dried fruit. Cover with lid and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Buckwheat Pancakes with a kick!
Ingredients: 75g (½ cup) buckwheat flour (may substitute wholemeal wheat flour) 60g (½ cup) unbleached whole wheat pastry flour 2.5g (½ teaspoon) baking powder dash of salt, cinnamon, vanilla 125-250ml (½-1 cup) liquid (water, milk or soy milk) 30-45ml Zippin' Cranberry or Tinglin' Orange Toad Sweat Mix all ingredients in a bowl while heating a skillet with a coating of canola oil over medium heat. Ingredients: 2 large mangos, seeded and cut into 1 inch sections 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced in 1 inch thick rings then quartered 4 bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch sections 8 skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes if bamboo or wooden Place all of the fruit in a large bowl and coat with one 100ml bottle of any flavour Toad Sweat.
