Grilled Fruit Skewers

Ingredients:
  • 2 large mangos, seeded and cut into 1 inch sections
  • 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced in 1 inch thick rings then quartered
  • 4 bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch sections
  • 8 skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes if bamboo or wooden

Place all of the fruit in a large bowl and coat with one 100ml bottle of any flavour Toad Sweat. Marinate for one hour in refrigerator. Arrange on a skewer with pineapple at each end.

Place on a preheated grill for 5 minutes and turn once. Serve with additional Toad Sweat as desired.
