We want you to be delighted with your Sweet Heat Fun! sauces. If there’s ever an issue, we’ll work quickly to make it right.
Because our products are perishable food items, we generally cannot accept returns for reasons of taste preference or change of mind.
We can only accept a return if:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
There are no restocking fees.
You have proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
You have contacted us at GetZesty@SweetHeat.Fun within 14 days of receiving your order
Once your return request is approved, We’ll provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us immediately at GetZesty@SweetHeat.Fun if:
Your order arrived damaged (e.g., bottles broken, leaking, or compromised seal)
You received the wrong product
There is a manufacturing defect
We’ll evaluate the issue and either send a replacement, issue a refund, or offer store credit.
We cannot accept returns on:
Opened bottles
Perishable food items once the seal is broken
Custom or limited-edition products (unless defective or damaged)
Sale items or gift cards
We are unable to exchange food products once shipped.
If you’d like a different item, the quickest way is to place a new order once your refund (if applicable) has been approved.
If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging.

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, please contact us.
